According to the 2011 census Dindori district has a population of 704,218. It is divided into seven blocks namely Dindori, Shahpura, Mehandwani, Amarpur, Bajag, Karanjiya and Samnapur. The district has a population density of 94 inhabitants per square kilometer. The Baiga tribe is very pre-dominant tribe in this district. Dindori is a district today with 65% of its youth in the working age group. PMKK Dindori is working to empower the youth of the district with skill sets which provide them more employment and more production. Our vision is “To provide quality education and to inculcate professional skills among trainees so that they hold competitive edge in healthy environment”.
On 20/05/2017 The Centre For Advanced Research Development (CARD) & Calance Software Pvt. Ltd. have been celebrated the inauguration of “Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra” in Dindori, Madhya pradesh. The centre was inaugurated by Mr. Faggan Sing Kulaste (Union minister of state, Ministry of Health and Family welfare), Mr. Omprakash Dhurvey (Cabinet minister, Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer protection), Mr. Gauri Shankar Bisen (Minister, Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development), Mrs. Maya Sinsh (Minister, Urban Development and Housing), Mrs. Jyoti Prakash Dhurwey (District Panchyat President). PMKK centre is located at Saket Nagar, near Mansuri Marriage Hall Dindori. The centre campus is spread over 7300 sq. fit of scenic beauty and environment-friendly surroundings. It accommodates an administrative block, computer & IT labs, SET lab, USG lab and three classrooms etc. PMKK training centres are state of the art model training centre it’s first step is continued to remain the best skill centre in Dindori, M.P. in India. The centre has secured five star grades among all skill centre’s in Dindori. Our centre has consistently maintained its strong position among various other skill centres in Dindori by providing best placement to its trainees.
